I first met Anthony many years ago, when my sister Madeline began dating my brother-in-law Jimmy. I felt as though I knew Joanie and Anthony like forever! They were the most loving and giving people you would ever want to meet. Joanie and Anthony were more than just my sister's mother-in-law and father-in-law they were like grandma and grandpa to my daughter Marguerite. They always treated Marguerite so special. Even after the passing of Joanie, Anthony would continue to give to Marguerite and treat her the way Joanie wanted it. Anthony would always say this is what Joanie wants and I will continue to keep my promise to her. They always treated us and my parents with the utmost respect and generosity. Anthony was more than just Jimmy's father, he was like a grandpa to Marguerite especially after the passing of my parents and my husbands parents. We were so fortunate to spend Thanksgiving Day with him at my sister and brother-in-laws home and had such a great time together. The last time I saw Anthony was on Christmas Day when we went up to my sisters house to wish him a blessed holiday and to once again thank him for being so kind to my daughter. Anthony will forever hold a special place in my heart and I for one will miss him dearly! RIP "Big Anthony"
