On Wednesday, May 16, 2012, Wanda entered into eternal rest. Predeceased by her parents, John and Frances (nee Viechnicki) Wanda is survived by:her loving sister, Joan Burkhardt, and brothers-in-law, Edward Burkhardt and John Ploshay. Her devoted nieces and nephews will sorely miss their lovely Aunt Wanda and they are: Jeff, Scott and Drew Ploshay; Kirk, Lynn and Diane Burkhardt. David, Elizabeth. Ryan, Cole and Brennan, her adored grand nieces and nephews will always remember the fun times they had with Aunt Wanda.

Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Friday, May 18th from 6 p.m. - 9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 9:45 a.m. on Saturday, May 19, 2012 at St.,Agnes Church. Interment will be in Pinelawn Memorial Park in Farmingdale, New York
