Peacefully, Tommy entered into eternal life on Saturday evening, January 7, 2012 at the age of 61. Tommy is predeceased by his parents, Angelo and Josephine (nee Decora) and is survived by two sons, Thomas and Anthony and 2 grandchildren. He is also survived by his brother, Salvatore (Shelly), his sister, Joann Guzikowski (Michael) and another brother, Angelo (Shari). Thomas was the proud uncle of Joseph and Frank DiStefano, Michelle, Michael and Vincent Guzikowski and Brianna DiStefano. Tommy was also survived by his aunt, Philomena Trabonatto.
Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Monday, January 9, 2012 from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. and then from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Prayer service will be held at the funeral home at 4:00 p.m. Cremation will be on Tuesday, January 10, 2012 at Fresh Pond Crematory, Middle Village, NY
