We at Dimiceli & Sons Funeral Home have been handling repatriations for many, many years and are familiar with the customs and requirements.   We have worked directly with several Consulates, in particular the Indian Consulate (for those Air India personnel who die while on a flight lay-over in New York City), the Italian Consulate, and the Consulate of Singapore.  We had the privilege of recently sending a dear man to Argentina so he could be laid to rest in his hometown of Rosaria.  We had occasion to send a young man’s cremated remains back to Spain and another young man back to his hometown in Peru, and have assisted with sending a young boy who was killed in a horrific accident back to Russia.  We have sent both human remains and cremains back to Canada, Philippines, England, Ireland, France, Germany, Romania, to name but a few more.  We are available to assist any and all consulates at any time.
