Rocco was born on April 10th 1950 to Dominic and Angela (nee Gioscia). Rocco is survived by his adoring wife, Arlene. He will be sorely missed by his devoted daughter, Candice Carmiciano. Rocco was the proudest Pop-pop of Cienna. Rocco's devotion and love for his two beautiful nieces, Angela Savastano Hardina and Lisa Savastano Spadafora and their wonderful children was just so uniquely Rocky.

A chef by trade, Rocco also had an acting career. He was in 29th Street with his long time neighborhood friend, Frank Pesce, he was also in Trapped in Paradise and My Mom's New Boyfriend.
