Patricia entered into eternal life on Sunday, July 14, 2013. Patricia is the cherished mother of Caitlin (husband Huey Jagodzinski ), Rachel (husband Henry Cruz), and Devan. She was the proudest Mema to Nicholas and Christopher Cruz and Valo Jagodzinski. She will be sorely missed by her partner, Robert Renne. Patricia is survived by her devoted parents, John and Geraldine (nee Cavanagh), her siblings, Ann Marie McHale (James), John (Kathy) and Sharon Boyle (Gerard). She was a loving aunt and will be missed immensely by Kelsey Murphy, Emily McHale, Sean Hughes and Ethan Murphy.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 17th from 3-5 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. and on Thursday from 2-5 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. at Edward D. Lynch Funeral Home, 43-07 Queens Boulevard, Sunnyside, NY. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, July 19, 2013 at St. Teresa’s Church, 50-25 45th Street, Woodside, NY. Interment to follow at Calvary Cemetery, Woodside, NY.
